"I was always very self conscious about my lower body."

"I started working out approximately three years ago. I didn’t have much definition or volume in my legs or glutes. I was always very hesitant on wearing workout leggings or yoga pants to the gym (basically anything that is tight on your glutes) since I didn’t have any. I would always wear baggy shorts or sweatpants in the gym to hide my non-existent butt and praise the girls in the gym who were able to “fill” their leggings or yoga pants. I decided to give weight-training a go, however, I didn’t have much guidance in the gym and my workouts were not structured properly and very unorganized. I didn’t see much results in my first year as I didn’t understand how to “properly” work out and how to get the most out of your workout. After a year, I learned MANY, MANY tips, tricks, amazing exercises, the best workout supersets and combinations, and what rep ranges work best for which exercises and I started to see a lot of progress not only in my glutes, but my legs, back, arms, and shoulders. I fell in love with bodybuilding and have learnt so much in the past three years.

I am SO happy to finally be able to share my knowledge and programs with all of you!!"
