This program heavily focuses on building the gluteus musculature. I have included numerous exercises in this glute program and I accredit much of my glute progress to them! I have tried so many exercises for building the glutes during my 2 years of training, and this program includes and narrows it down to the exercises that I believe are the best ones for targeting and building muscle in the glutes. This program is intended for beginners/intermediate lifters. Please refer to my "Not Your Typical Lower Body Workout" for advanced lifters. 

This program includes:


  • A 5-WEEK PROGRAM (2-3 training days/week) incorporating all of the exercises that are responsible for OPTIMAL MUSCLE GROWTH in my glutes.

  • Descriptions for every exercise, designated sets, reps, RPE, rest times, and notes for optimal glute mind-muscle connection.

  • Pylometric circuits with emphasis on the glutes.


  • Description and use of important concepts and terms for optimal glute growth including super-sets, drop-sets, concentric/eccentric, glute mind-muscle connection, and progressive overload.

  • Schedule with designated workout and rest days.

  • Youtube links for exercise video reference for proper form.

  • ACCESS to TONS of unlisted glute workout videos on my other Youtube channel.

What you will learn:


  • How to properly activate your glutes.

  • LOTS of new glute exercises – DIFFERENT exercises and combination of different exercises for every workout.

Required Equipment:


  • Squat rack, smith machine, preloaded barbells, dumbbells, bench/buildable platforms, cable machine and attachments, leg curl machines, leg press, hip abduction machine.
